How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially around busy trade show dates. Confirming final quantities at least two weeks ahead avoids depending on last-minute availability.
Does the rental include delivery and setup?
Yes, we coordinate delivery, on-site setup and collection with the venue and the event schedule. Tell us the date and location when requesting a quote.
Which areas do you cover?
We operate mainly in Madrid and Barcelona, and can serve events anywhere in Spain. Tell us the city and venue when requesting a quote.
Can I change quantities after booking?
In most cases yes, as long as changes are confirmed with enough notice. Late changes depend on stock availability at that moment.
