What do you need from us to quote a stand?

Stand size and shape, venue and dates, and the areas you need (reception, meetings, display, storage). From there we propose quantities and layout.

What if the venue changes setup times?

It happens. Having a single supplier with trade show experience means one call adjusts the whole delivery, instead of chasing several vendors.

Can you suggest a layout, or do we need our own design?

We can suggest quantities and a basic distribution based on your stand size and the areas you need; for a full 3D stand design, we work alongside your regular stand builder or design team.

Do you supply matching sets for a coherent look?

Yes, most of our seating and table ranges are designed to combine with each other, so a stand can use a single family of pieces instead of mismatched furniture.

What happens if we need one more piece the day before the fair?

Tell us as soon as you know. Being close to the main venues means we can often add last-minute pieces to an already confirmed order, stock permitting.
